RESERVATION POLICY
The "standard" rate requires a 30% deposit to confirm the reservation. The final payment is due 5 days before the arrival date at the facility. Both payments must be done by bank transfer. The "non-refundable" rate requires payment of the entire stay at the time of booking by bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of no show with “standard rate” or inability to reach the facility, the deposit can be returned only if the communication is made 5 days before the arrival date, otherwise it is retained as a penalty. In the event of a no show with a "non-refundable" rate, the entire sum will be retained as a penalty.
